Most of our in-stock furniture items ship within 3-5 business days. For made-to-order pieces or large upholstered items, lead times can range from 6 to 12 weeks depending on the specific configuration and destination.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Audo Copenhagen ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and the dimensions of the items ordered.
What is your return policy for home accessories?
We accept returns on unused accessories in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How should I care for my Audo Copenhagen stone and marble products?
We recommend cleaning natural stone surfaces with a damp cloth and a pH-neutral detergent. Avoid acidic cleaners or abrasive sponges, as these can damage the natural finish of the marble.
Are your lighting fixtures compatible with international electrical standards?
Our lighting collection is produced in versions compatible with both 220-240V (EU/UK) and 110-120V (US) standards. Please ensure you select the correct regional version on the product page before purchasing.
Do you provide a warranty on your furniture?
Yes, we offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all furniture and lighting products. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper maintenance.
